5. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. UK Express: 1–2 business days. EU: 5–10 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Free standard shipping on all UK orders.
7. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at storveloura@gmail.com.
